In June of 2020, ISO completed its analysis of the structural fire suppression delivery system provided by the Whitesville Rural Fire Department.

The ISO’s Public Protection Classification (PPC) survey plays an important role in the underwriting process at insurance companies. Insurance companies use the PPC information as part of their decision-making process when deciding what businesses to write, coverage’s to offer, and prices to charge for personal and commercial property insurance.

ISO determined the PPC of the Whitesville Rural Fire Department’s community coverage as of October 1, 2020 to be 03/3X.
